2019年3月，成都tod综合开发实现了由图纸到落地开工的跃变。一年多来，成都全速推进tod综合开发项目落地，坚持“一个tod项目就是一个公园城市社区，一个tod项目就是一个综合交通枢纽”原则。

陆肖站tod破题首选绿色建筑三星标准。“这是国内建筑界最高级别认证。”余韬介绍，该项目全部采用绿色环保材料;建设过程中，施工方式也力求节能环保。未来，该项目还将建成地下室光导管采光系统、滴灌系统、屋面立体绿化等。
