邯港高速公路衡水段起自桃城区邓家庄东，与大广高速公路相接，途经武邑县、阜城县，止于景县连镇乡与沧州市交界的南运河处。公路全线约63公里，采用双向四车道高速公路标准建设，设计时速120公里小时，概算投资74.24亿元，是衡水市首次采用ppp模式修建的地方高速公路。
