4月18日，位于丽江市宁蒗彝族自治县的中国华电云南公司牦牛坪二期火木梁风电项目首台41号风机顺利并网发电，这是我国西南地区目前安装的单机功率最大、风轮直径最大的风力发电机组。

18日9时56分，在海拔3300多米的火木梁，41号风机直径146米的叶轮开始旋转，发电机组输出的清洁电力接入南方电网输送到千家万户。

火木梁风电项目是中国华电云南公司牦牛坪第二期工程，主体工程于2019年11月开工建设，总投资3.9亿元，计划安装15台中国中车具有国际先进水平的风力发电机组，单机容量为3.3兆瓦。设计年平均利用小时数为2500多小时，全部建成投产后，预计年发电量1.24亿千瓦时，可节约标准煤约4万吨，二氧化碳减排7.52万吨。

中车风电设备火木梁项目经理祝洪波介绍，火木梁项目是典型的高海拔风电场，采用中车株洲所推出的全新一代旗舰机型，集主动无功控制、自耗控制、多约束动态超功技术等多项智能风机成果。该风电机组设备既提高了可利用率，又提升了风机的可靠性，更加安全稳定，达到国内一流水平。该台机组投产发电后，华电云南公司总装机容量达999.03万千瓦，其中水电697.05万千瓦，火电240万千瓦，风电、光伏新能源61.98万千瓦，可再生能源占比达到76%。

据悉，2012年7月，中国华电云南公司牦牛坪风电场首台机组投产发电，是当时丽江市首个风电项目，也是宁蒗县迄今规模最大的工业项目。项目一期工程建设规模为4.95万千瓦，安装33台机组，投产9年来累计完成发电量84107万千瓦时，相当于节约标煤26.7万吨，为地方贡献利税近1000万元，对当地百姓脱贫致富和地方经济社会发展发挥了积极作用。(来源： 云南日报 记者 熊明 通讯员 杨万翠 曹春 李红强)
