新华网北京4月22日电(记者关桂峰)记者从国家电网北京市电力公司了解到，国内规模最大的智慧有序充电楼正在位于北京城市副中心的环球主题公园开工建设。今年，国网北京电力计划实施2819个充电桩建设工程，可覆盖北京城市副中心、北京2022年冬奥会和冬残奥会赛事场馆周边、北京大兴国际机场临空经济区等。

据了解，该停车楼充电站项目将安装475个新能源汽车充电桩。国网北京通州供电公司副总工程师史江凌介绍，有序充电，指的是充电桩通过智能感知电网负荷，有序调节电动汽车的充电时间或功率，达到降低充电成本、科学利用电力资源的目的。简单来说，就是电网需要削峰时，电动汽车和充换电站就减少用电量，需要填谷时就增加用电量。
