在上海宝山，借助卡奥斯工业互联网平台改造生产流程，一家名为庙航的包装材料生产企业实现生产方式跃升。“比如以前客户下达订单，我们需要工作人员根据订单生成生产计划、材料准备单等，这个过程中容易出现一些失误和纰漏。”庙航包装总经理曹晓婷说，经过对生产线改造，现在接到订单时，系统会自动检测是否有安全库存，判断订单能否及时消化，并对订单信息进行核对。“经过改造后，作为一家传统企业我们也增添了转型升级的信心，计划用三年时间实现年产值翻番，达到1个亿。”曹晓婷信心满满。
