1月25日是农历正月初一，三一集团得知武汉即将建设应急医院后，紧急调动代理商与客户火速驰援武汉，组织106台挖掘机、混凝土泵车、起重机等设备和40名服务人员参与武汉火神山和雷神山医院建设工作，完成场地平整、砂石回填、土方浇筑等重要环节的施工。

向文波介绍，三一集团在疫情初期参与了中国各地应急医院建设，在做好疫情防控工作的同时推进全面复工复产。至3月20日，三一集团复工率已接近百分百，还将18号厂房升级为“灯塔工厂”，近百台机器人突破技术瓶颈，解决熟练工人紧缺的问题，工厂整体效率提升30%以上。

作为中国工程机械制造行业领军企业，三一集团2019年营业收入756.65亿元人民币，同比增长35.55%。今年1月至3月，企业营收总体受疫情影响较小。向文波指出，全行业处在历史的新规模，未来发展机会充足。

他表示，政府出台了很多保增长措施，对行业有利。工程机械的需求受疫情影响被延迟，在3月至4月期间得到补偿，同时由于中国采取新的刺激经济增长的措施，特别是加大基础设施投入的举措，增加了新的需求，形成了超补偿反弹。
