icolor cove nxt provides the widest beam angle (120 degrees) among color kinetics?popular icolor cove line. this allows for uniform color mixing and distribution in closer proximity to the illuminated surface. in this particular installation, the diffusive properties of the barrisol material further enhance the uniform distribution of colored light ?making the ceiling appear to glow from within.

light system manager was used to author and control a series of ethereal, color-changing effects. these include a chasing rainbow that completes a cycle of colors in 30 seconds, and a cross fade that displays specific colors for 30-second intervals. the effects are stored and triggered with a wall-mounted ethernet controller keypad.
