食品伙伴网讯据欧盟食品安全局（efsa）消息， 7月16日欧盟食品安全局就交联聚丙烯酸钠盐作为活性食品接触材料的安全性评估发布了意见。

交联聚丙烯酸钠盐可作为液体吸收剂用于肉禽、水产品、果蔬等。欧盟专家组经过评估认为，如果该物质在使用时，不超出吸附能力，不直接与食品接触并且仅放置在拖盘中，那么当它作为新鲜或冷冻食品包装中的吸收剂时不会造成安全问题。

this scientific opinion of the efsa panel on food contact materials, enzymes, flavourings and processing aids deals with the safety assessment of polyacrylic acid, sodium salt, crosslinked, fcm substance no 1015, which is intended to be used as a liquid absorber in the packaging of fresh or frozen foods such as meat, poultry, and seafood as well as fresh fruits and vegetables.

the panel noted that if polyacrylic acid, sodium salt, crosslinked is used not in direct contact with food and placed in a pad under conditions where its absorption capacity is not exceeded, then no migration is to be expected and therefore no exposure ｆｒｏｍ the consumption of the packed food is expected. the panel also considered that non-crosslinked polymer and the crosslinkers do not raise a concern for genotoxicity.
