据欧盟网站消息，11月18日欧盟发布（eu no 1228/2014 号委员会条例，批准和否决某些食品健康声称和涉及降低疾病风险的健康声称。本法规自发布之日起第20天生效。

本次欧盟批准三项健康声称，否决五项健康声称。新批准的健康声称涉及钙、钙与维生素d、维生素d；否决的健康声称涉及大豆分离蛋白、植物固醇、二十碳五烯酸、氨基葡萄糖盐酸盐（glucosamine hydrocloride）、植物固醇同cholesternorm®mix混合物。

获批的健康声称如下：
